Job Description

A client in the South Bay is seeking an Account Representative to join their team! This individual will:
o Negotiate prices and delivery
o Quote customers
o Quote follow-up
o Communicate competitive information
o Communicate market information
o Develop strong relationships with key customers
o Cross sell other products including website, processing capabilities, services
o Communicate with field sales, business development, product managers
o Handle multiple methods of communication simultaneously (e-mail, telephone, internet-website, fax and other)
o Order entry
o Contract review for order accuracy
o Update order delivery status / late order reports
o Resolve and document customer complaints
o Establish new customers
o Website Chat Team
