Automotive Dealership Operation Assistant

A used car dealership in Alhambra, CA, is seeking to hire a full-time Operation Assistant to join our team. No experience is required, will train. This position is a temporary to permanent position.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma
Valid driver’s license/good driving record
Detail oriented/organized
Willing to learn/ability to multi task
Self-motivated/reliable/punctual
Good team player
Positive energy
Strong communication skills
Bilingual Mandarin Chinese a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Vehicles receiving
Prepare and complete the vehicles condition report
Take cars photos
Move cars in the lot
Move automotive parts/tires
Local vehicles deliveries and pickups
Support administrative duties
Run errands for the company
Assist sales/accounting as necessary
Perform other duties as assigned
