Job Description

Available positions are excellent for students in college or people tired of the retail environment with inconsistent hours:

No experience necessary, will train!

Pay is $12/HR
Potential for commission, paid twice a month
Convenient access near the 101 and 405 intersections
Office located near Metrolink station in Sherman Oaks

Job Description:

Contact customers by phone with overdue accounts and collect payments.
Enter results in database
Maintain quotas with respect to number of calls
Adhere to compliance requirements
Hours:

We are currently looking for candidates who can work 30-38 hours during the week, some flexibility with hours
2 shifts available,
Morning/afternoon: 9AM-4PM
Afternoon/evening: 2:30PM-9PM
Job Requirements

Confidence on the phone
Proficient in keyboarding/computers
Database experience a plus
Call center experience a plus
Bilingual a plus
