Job Description

Caine & Weiner, an established company with over 85 years of delivering results for our clients, is looking to staff numerous part-time positions for customer service representative. Available positions are excellent for students in college or people tired of the retail environment with inconsistent hours:

No experience necessary; will train!

Pay is $12/HR
Potential for commission
Close to CSUN, Pierce College
Office located near Metrolink station in Woodland Hills

Job Description:
Contact customers by phone with overdue accounts and collect payments.
Enter results in database
Maintain quotas with respect to number of calls

Hours:
We are currently looking for candidates who can work afternoon/evening hours during the week (i.e. 3PM-9PM) and Saturdays 8AM-2:30PM, some flexibility with hours
30-38 hours/week, part-time

Job Requirements:
Confidence on the phone
Proficient in keyboarding
Database experience a plus
Call center experience a plus
Bilingual a plus
