Full Time eCommerce Staff
Electric Supply Depot, Inc. is a supplier of electrical and lighting supplies looking for an innovative person to help grow our business and establish best practices for structural organization. We are seeking a highly motivated eCommerce Support Staff to help manage integral functions for the eCommerce (online) portion of the business. The ideal candidate should be flexible in their job duties and efficient in their work. In this role, you will be fully responsible for your own work and be able to operate independently with training. Part time, or full time available.
Through this opportunity, you will be able to learn about the vital operations of any online business, which include fulfillment, inventory management, and the basics of managing an online store. Platforms we currently use include Amazon, eBay, and our own website.
No experience needed but is preferred. Training will be provided.

Process all fulfillment orders from beginning to end. This includes purchasing shipping labels through our software (ShipStation), picking products off warehouse shelves, packaging products securely and accurately, and preparing packages to be shipped out.
Create high quality listings on our online stores by writing content generated from in-depth research.
Put together large pallets of products to send to third party fulfillment centers.
Manage and organize inventory in our warehouse.
Receive, restock, and do quality controls for new materials.
Respond to online customer inquiries.
Qualifications / Preferences
Efficiency and knowledge working professionally on a computer. (required)
Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. (required)
Ability to write and produce content geared toward our audience. (highly preferred)
Ability to handle and prioritize a multitude of different tasks daily.
Critical thinking and ability to work independently to solve problems.
