Job Description

New Century Logistics, Inc. is looking for a qualifying candidate to fill a clerical position to assume export responsibilities. The individual should be responsible, diligent and willing to learn and work independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Accuracy and timeliness in entering a high volume of data entry.
Effective communication with carriers, customers, and warehouses to guarantee the timely delivery of shipments.
Ability to handle a high volume of e-mails, phone calls and verbal contact.
Customer service skills.
Other duties as assigned.

Chinese or Vietnamese speaking a plus.
Proficiency in using computers and software (ex: Microsoft Office suite)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask

Relevant work experience preferred, but willing to train if no experience.

Starting at $12 an hour, willing to negotiate dependent on work experience and performance.
