Full Time Operation Clerk
No experience required, we will provide training.
1. Take care daily documentation, data entry, and calls from clients/vendors.
2. Respond, process daily emails and answer phone calls.
3. Organize and file documents.
– College graduate or above with good communication skills in English;
– Detail oriented and organized, works well in a team
– Good communication and customer service skills
– Skilled use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.);
– Bilingual is preferred ( English/Chinese)
– Applicants must have legal permit to work in the U.S.
