An average day in the life of a Commercial Alarm Technician for Titanium would go as follows:
Pick up some new inventory from the office in Burbank.
Drive to Business Install Location (Customer base in Los Angeles County).
Carry Tools and Equipment inside the business.
Greet the client and be friendly.
Program Sensors into Panel.
Put Sensors Up Where Needed
Register the Cellular unit on your iPad.
Test the system.
Teach the customer how to use it
Do a phone call survey with the customer.
Drive to your next job in another city.
On the Job Training:
You’ll get practical and hands-on training developed and conducted by experienced technicians. Learn techniques to get the job done correctly, and efficiently. Receive one-on-one coaching, and training, until you feel confident installing on your own.
What You’re Installing:
Alarm Panel – Android Based
Demonstrated work ethic, self-disciplined
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to be coached and to incorporate feedback
Proficiency with Mobile Technology
Professional appearance and demeanor
Outgoing, passionate, friendly, assertive
Local travel required – must have reliable transportation and able to lift up to 45 pounds
High School Diploma
Know how to use a drill gun
Know how to use wire cutters/strippers
Know how to use a iPad
